The next USTU guest - Freiberg University of Resources

USTU is never tired of hosting guests from all over the world. This time our university was visited by the delegation from Germany. Seven representatives of the Freiberg University of Resources, headed by Felix Baitalow, Assistant Director of the Institute of energy technology and chemical engineering of Freiberg University of Resources, arrived at Ukhta on 12th April, 2016.

The delegation had only two days to explore the most popular parts of the town of Ukhta, Yarega and the university campus and fulfill their main purpose – discuss the joint SPE project “Utilization of associated petroleum gas in remote oil fields to produce heat, electricity and synthetic liquid fuels” based on the program ERA.Net RUS Plus at Research and Design Institute of Oil and Gas of USTU.

We believe such an international partnership is useful for both parties and will be successful in the future.
