USTU Volunteers improve their skills

On December 15-19, the training workshop for active USTU students took place in Ukhta State Technical University, which was attended by over fifty representatives of student units.

The main purpose of the school is developing of students’ self-administration at the University, as well as improving students' skills.

During five days, active young students were attending seminars in time management, public relation technologies for promoting non-profit organizations, basics of work in graphic software, public speaking and presentation. In additional, participants were on the educational training for team building and took part in a psychological test. For the first time in the history of such projects, students who knew the topic of the seminar had a chance to perform it. According to the organizers of the training, this practice will help participants to get necessary materials in an informal atmosphere.

Summarizing of the training, all participants got much positive emotions, exchanged ideas and thoughts.
