The director of the representative office of Petroleum Industry of Serbia at USTU

In the period from 12th to 14th July, 2016, USTU was visited by the director of the representative office of Petroleum Industry of Serbia (Нафтна индустрија Србије) in Russia Maxim Mikhailovich Voishchev. The purpose of the visit is to get to know the university complex and to discuss areas of further cooperation.

During the visit on 12th July M. M. Voishchev had a meeting with vice-rector for external affairs Georgy Korshunov, deputy vice-rector for academic affairs, rector's advisor Lyubov Kravtsova and director of the Institute of Geology, Oil and Gas Production and Pipeline Transportation Natalia Demchenko. They discussed ways of possible cooperation perspectives and study of students from Serbia since autumn 2016. On 13th July M. M. Voishchev had some excursions through University infrastructure and laboratory facilities.

For information: next academic year two students from Serbia are going to study at USTU on the Russian Quota Scholarship Program in the Master program "Oil and Gas Engineering" within the framework of cooperation between the Ukhta University and NIS ( "Oil Industry of Serbia").
